Breathe your way to a better pregnancy and birth These weekly classes for women use yoga-based exercise to help you prepare for birth, manage pregnancy and cope with the demands of a young family. The classes focus on breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation to help you have a positive birth experience and improve your physical and emotional wellbeing. The postures are very gentle, specifically designed so you can attend throughout your pregnancy. In addition to the exercises, different pregnancy and birth topics will be covered each week. There will be practical information and the opportunity to talk to other women, with refreshments provided at the end of each class. Women having first and subsequent babies are welcome.
